In accordance with the new relationship, Big Box Storage will be hosting a Planet Aid clothing bin which will be placed at one of the company’s San Diego storage facilities. Storage renters of the company, or anyone within the general public, can donate any type of clothing or shoes by visiting the storage facility at 7077 Consolidated Way, San Diego, CA 92121 and placing the items within the available storage bin. The success of the initial bin will determine the placement of additional bins with the storage company in San Diego. Donated clothing is resold by Planet Aid to raise funding for development projects such as food security programs in Africa, Asia and Latin America, schooling in those regions, and health programs including HIV/AIDS prevention.
